Please join us for this informative session on everything survey related. Topics will include: survey history and survey types, how survey results impact 5 star ratings, survey preparation, survey management, plan of correction writing, revisits and crafting IDR responses. This all day session has been developed and will be presented by two former surveyors and current long term care professionals who want to give you tools to make survey less stressful and more manageable. This course is geared towards administrators and nursing directors, but is useful for anyone in management who wants to learn more.
