This workshop will cover the Official ICD-10-CM Coding Guideline instructions for choosing a primary diagnosis; how the end of September Medicare admissions are to be handled; examples of how the PDPM payment is calculated and lots of practice on long term care scenarios with ICD-10-CM coding and choice of primary diagnoses.
