Come learn, grow and share on how to take your activity
documentation to the next level. We will blend person centered care
with federal and state regulations to bring a a light on the activity and
recreation departments in communities. The focus of this workshop will
be upping our game in documentation, and learning or
re-understanding not only the “why” we document, but also to see how
much our documentation, and what we do on a daily basis, positively
impacts the entire community, including those who live and work in the
community. Topics will include assessments, care planning,
comprehensive and purposeful progress notes. Come and enjoy a day
with your fellow professionals, and remember you are so much more,
than “just activities”.
