This five day program has been developed by Licensed Nursing Home Administrators who are leaders in long term care and is designed for new administrators, and administrators seeking a refresher course, or any individuals wanting to learn more about the NHA profession. This program will provide the attendee with helpful tools and processes essential to operating today's long term care facility.
The Essentials of Nursing Home Administration course will encompass budgeting and fiscal affairs, rules and regulations governing LTC, environmental services, human resources, legal aspects and ethics, quality of life, dietary, quality of care, culture change, quality assurance and much more.
