Description

CHCA is proud to offer solutions to meet any food handler training need. Whether you are an employee seeking your Food Handler Card or a community seeking a compliant solution for your employees. The five sections of this 8-hour course are Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation.

This is a one day certification course. You must attend the whole course and pass the exam to receive certification that is valid for 5 years. All handouts and study materials are provided. This course is only offered in person, lunch is included.
